I like it okay

I really like the Embr Wave 2, but it's no match for my serious hot flashes...at all. Nada. It's great for mild hot flashes and getting a warm up when I get chills. It does tends to slip down on my wrist and I have to readjust often.

That being said, it only really takes 1 short cooling cycle for it to overheat.
I have Dysautonomia and can’t control my temperature at all in hot environments. The Embr wave 2 takes heat from feeling like my skin to being flayed off and I’m dying to it being very uncomfortably hot, but somewhat bearable. Which is honestly a big difference, even if it might not sound like it. It also helps significantly in getting my body to cool down after being outside. From a couple hours to a few minutes. I just wish it was able to work longer.
I haven’t tried the warming yet, since I got it at the start of summer.

I didn’t know how this was going to work. I was hoping I didn’t waste my money. I charged it when I got. The first night with this I slept thru the night with no hot flashes and night sweats. Normally I’m moving around and sleeping only a couples hours . I have been having bad night sweats where I have to change my clothes because I’m soaked. This device has eliminated that. My only regret is I didn’t buy 2 of them. One on the charger and one on my wrist. Highly recommend this.

I use mine after workouts, when I feel a hot flash coming on & when my rosacea flares up. Perimenopause recently began and I am 44, so I am going to have to deal with this annoyance for a LONG time! After a week of using Embr I began feeling a difference. Hot flashes were much shorter. After about 2 minutes I felt the hot flash fade away. It's amazing! My husband had trouble sleeping one night and saw a commercial, wrote down the information & asked me to please try it! I'm so glad I did!!

Too heavy to wear all day. It may work if I could wear it for a longer amount of time. Had high hopes but just didn't happen for me.
