Not working for me

I have always had night sweats and assumed once menopause started, I would end up as a pile of ashes. A friend told me about EmbrWave. I tried it for 7 days and honestly, was not enough time to evaluate. So I purchased. Outside of the quick, hot flash setting, I am still waking up soaking wet at night. I have had the product for a few months now, so I have tried to give it a chance. I am definitely not getting relief.

This has been the best thing I could've ever got for hot flashes. It helps keep me cool in bed which I love. Definitely amazing product. It is a little bulky for every day use but still worth it.

This gadget really works great to reduce the intensity and duration of my hot flashes. What a wonderful relief! I also find the all night cooling feature helps level off my sleep disturbances due to hot flashes. The app is helpful to control the device and track my use by which I have found the settings that work best for me.

Device great, App control awesome, band? Erh…

I see the benfit of the Embr device. I’m about a week in and am getting the hang of it. I really love the presets in the app for sleep and stress!! The band however isn’t great. It’s either too tight, or too loose. No happy medium. The device slides up and down my wrist and drives me crazy. The device does its job, the band does not.

It's works well for me. It took about 4 to 7 days for my body to get intune with it. The "trigger" response for my brain had to develop. Now it works great! Clasp is not secure enough to use at work but my work is very active. I'm sweating all the time anyway.
