The bracelet is moderately comfortable. A little sweaty and itchy. I can't connect on the app. It helps alleviate but not eliminate hot flashes and sweats. Better than nothing if you have the money.$$$

It works great on demand for hot flashes, but I feel the all night cooling is not as effective. I wish I didn’t have to respond to each episode. Maybe time will tell.

So far so good!!! I use the cooling feature the most, and primarily during the night. I’ve had my Embr Wave maybe three weeks now and I already activate it without thinking, anytime I start to feel a flush.
