I got my wife the Embr Wave 2 for an early Christmas gift, and she loves it! It is really helping with her hot flashes and night sweats. She said she has it set each night to the continuous 8 hour setting and she is sleeping better because she is not waking up much due to hot flashes which in turn has resulted in less night sweats. Highly recommend it for anyone that is suffering from hot flashes.
