I love my Embr Wave 2! It really helps me get back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night and am too warm. It’s very easy to set up and use. You can even customize the buttons so that you can have two different types of cooling or heating, depending on what you need. It has been a game changer.

I purchased this to relief my hot flashes throughout the night, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I used it exactly as recommended for over three weeks but I didn’t feel any comfort whatsoever.

Zoe, we’re sorry you haven’t been getting relief overnight! If you’ve been using All Night cooling and haven’t found it effective, you might want to consider instead using Fall Asleep cooling when you go to bed and then a shorter, more intense cooling session (like Hot Flash Relief) to quickly help you get back to sleep if you do get woken up with a hot flash. If you program your preferred cooling session to one of your Wave’s buttons as a preset, then you can do this without getting your phone out—just double-press the button and (hopefully) get back to sleep fast! (Search our Help Center for “presets” if you need step-by-step instructions on reprogramming your Wave’s buttons.) Some users find that after doing this for awhile, their bodies begin to respond better to the Wave and they can switch to using All Night cooling again.

Impossible to reach support. Wife finally got an email with some instructions. We will try one last time tomorrow but soured on the experience . Disappointed!!! Will likely be returning.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and own the Embr Wave 1 and 2.
I got the 2 because I loved the new design.
At first I thought I preferred the 1. I thought it cooled better as it had a larger surface area.
In actuality I was wrong. The 2 does an amazing cooling job.
I am always hot even living in Boston.
I work at a university that has a lot hills. I am always overheating. I also do professional acting and modeling. Sweating on set is not a good look. The Embr Wave 2 keeps me calm and cool.
I only use the cooling setting. Maybe one day I will try the warming setting, but I doubt it! My MS symptoms always make me hot. This device was life changing for me.

Internet Access Required

I bought this for the main purpose of being able to go out and be able to be cooler, i.e. camping, off-roading, places without internet and then found out while I was out that it didn’t work. You have to be connected to select a mode from the app. Which is absolutely not right. It’s connect to bluetooth to your phone and it should just work. Paying almost 500 with warranty and accessories and have to be connected to the internet is not right.
I’m working on returning it.

I so wished this had worked for me, but it doesn’t. I’ve had it on for over a month, so definitely gave it the full 30 days. I would return it, but it does state that if you’re not fully satisfied, return after five days. Well, how can they say try it for 30 days, but you can only return after 5 to get a refund! Please… I believe if you suffer mild hot flashes, it might be helpful, but for those of us like myself that suffer full on head to toe, sweaty, just stepped out the sauna, drenched, high voltage throughout your body! It doesn’t help at all! It works like a Jedi mind trick or a placebo. I feel the cooling on my wrist, but it’s not talking to the rest of my body. I give it a 0
