Didn't work for me. I was so hopeful that this would help with my endless nighttime hot flashes. I tried on both wrists, all different cool settings but no relief. I'm returning for a refund

I was really surprised that just a little blast of cooling could stop a hot flash. Now when I wake up in the middle of the night get feel the flush of heat coming on, I just push the button and it starts to subside. No more throwing off the covers 3-4x per night. I'm getting much better sleep now!

I only wish I’d invented this thing! It works for hot flashes like nothing else and I’ve tried everything! I bought two of them so I can have one on charge while wearing the other. I tell everyone how wonderful it is!

I have autonomic seizures which give me very hot flashes. I believe if it was just a hot flash it wd work entirely. It does work 70% for me and that is fantastic because I've been living with this for 12 years. It really works

After much research and purchase of the Embrwave 2. I can finally get relief of menopausal symptoms. I have sever vertigo and everything I do can trigger the vertigo. I'm very happy to say that this device can soothe and give you a piece of mind once again.
