I saw the ad for this in December, and immediately ordered it. I'm so glad I did, it's helped me in so many ways! Helps take the chill off while at work, and cools me off when I feel overheated, just my most treasured device!

I asked for this for Christmas because I had to have a hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer and cannot take hormones at all. This being said, either my hysterectomy I immediately went into menopause and had zero relief for the hot flashes. I wasn’t sleeping well. During the day was no better. This bracelet has been a life saver. I finally sleep through the night and have all day relief for my hot flashes at work. I’m so glad I finally found an option i could use and that actually works.

Life-changing. I use my Embr Wave 2 for better sleep (night sweats) with the cooling feature and it has made a drastic improvement. I have also found it surprisingly useful for anxiety with the warm and cool pulses!

This actually works! I was gifted this by my husband as a Christmas present. I had been waking up at 2/3 am almost every night, unable to fall back asleep, sweating and hot. I have to say, I was annoyed by the gift, and very skeptical at first, but it actually works! I only use it at night, as that is when I really get hot flashes/night sweats and irritability. The first night I wore it (12/25- 12/26), I slept like a baby and woke up 7:30 am. The second night, same thing. I am religiously using it every night. Two nights ago, I didn't fully charge the Embr and it must have died sometime in the middle of the night. I woke up sweating and hot. Now, I just make sure it's always charged. I am telling you, this actually works! Makes a huge difference in my sleep and comfort.
