I love the Embr Wave 2. I use it for hot flashes at night. I was one of the first group to get the not so cute and much more bulky silver/gray Embr Wave and I also loved that to the point that even though it was still working I spent the money and got the much lighter and so much more comfortable Embr Wave 2. I also like that this one has so many more settings.

I Can Finally Sleep Again!!

The Embr Wave 2 has literally saved my sleep. I’m post menopausal and the hot flashes would come all night long. I wear it when I go to bed, first I put it on fall asleep cool for 60 minutes while I’m watching TV, then I put it on all night cool eight hours and I do not wake up during the night with hot flashes anymore. I’m sleeping so much better, this is a miracle! The only issue I had, was I purchased another band for it, the leather like softer one and I was able to get one side off to put the new one on, but I couldn’t get the other side off, so I had to return to the original band. So if anyone has any tips on how to get the second part off that would be great, either way it’s amazing and I will never sleep without it. Thank you Embr Wave for saving my sleep!!!!

My hot flashes and night sweats are a bit too much for the embr wave but along with my HRT therapy, it works better. I like the app night setting to help fall asleep and stay asleep. I hope this helps others. I would buy it again.

I call this my “magic bracelet!” I do not handle humidity well at all. Within just a couple of minutes of pressing the button on my Embr Wave…I have relief from any inconvenience!!

I thought I would have trouble wearing it, but nope! You get used to it.
I love how it really helps me with hot flashes. It cools me down. So much better then all the medicine I have taken. I push that button and breathe and it cools me and sometimes I don’t even know I’m ok.
