I just received my embr wave 2 and I can already tell the difference when I have hot flashes or get hot and sweaty from anxiety and panic attacks. It helps tremendously and I can tell it is going to be a big game changer for me!

I’m a 34yr old that had a full hysterectomy a few years ago. Needless to say I get a lot of funny looks when I say I’m in early menopause and having hot flashes like crazy. My Wave helps keep me cool though out my day and even better it helps me sleep. Only thing I would say is I have to move mine around throughout the day.

Doesn’t work it only cools your wrist it feels hot even wen it’s cold
