My natural temperature always runs hot, this is a great help. The warming feature is nice too when the temps drop.

I'm relatively new to using Embr Wave 2, but I’m really impressed with how well it fits. The adjustable settings are especially useful, allowing me to customize it for various situations, whether I'm working out, running errands, or just lounging at home. I was reluctant to buy the Emberwave 2 due to the cost. I didn’t want to buy something and it didn’t work. I am so glad I gave it a try. My hot flashes were so uncomfortable and I have them around 10 times a day. There was even times I feel nauseous. The Emberwave really helps me overcome my flashes without being embarrassed when I am out in public. It really has made a difference. Thank you so much!!

I bought this at the end of November, so I have almost had 3 full months of wearing it. I bought it for hot flashes/heat intolerance/hyperhidrosis. I have noticed a subtle improvement, but I was not using the app until today, so I did not know about the preset programs and the ability to adjust the cooling and heating temperatures while it is running. Looking forward to trying the hot flash program!
