Mind blowing and the best thing I have ever spent money on. It’s worth it. I can’t even do without. It’s like I crave to wear it. For me I can say it’s such a lifesaver when it comes to my hot flashes. It keeps me cool all night and never comfortable.

I've been wearing this for over a year and people ask me about it all the time. I often let other people try it so they can understand what it does. The only time I don't wear it is when I'm in the shower and it's charging. Otherwise, it's on my wrist helping me sleep, focus, or pulling me out of a hot flash. It's been worth every penny for me and I would buy it again.

I actually rented the Embr wave earlier this month and it has completely changed my life!! I wear it everyday and all night. I use to have real bad hot flashes and night sweats and not all of them are at a minimal!! I am telling everyone I know to get an Embr wave of their own!!
