I have had my wave for 2 months now and I can’t express how happy I am with it I haven’t slept in years without waking in sweats. Since the wave I sleep soundly

Great little device!!!

This device really takes the chill off. I have been so cold since I lost weight and also since I might have a medical issue. I get so cold that I shiver alot sometimes so much. Even when I am warm. My body is having a hard time regulating my body temperature and this little device is able to keep the edge off.

Good idea, clumsy app

I like having a quick way to adjust my temp, but I find the app unwieldy. If I'm having a hot flash, I don't want to dig out my phone, open the app, and only then start cooling.

Oh no! Embr Wave has hardware and software safeguards in place to keep it from reaching temperatures that could burn skin, but of course, holding something warm to your face for an extended period could also potentially cause redness or discomfort, which isn't what we want for you. If you wouldn't mind sending over more info about what happened (e.g., you slept with your arm over your face for [x] hours while using [x] settings) we'd love to try to figure out what might've happened and how it can be avoided. Love love love my Ember Wave 2

I bought the Ember Wave 2 in June 2024, and it was the best decision I ever made. I'm pre menopausal and the hot flashes at night were awful until I started using my Ember Wave 2. I also use it for stress relief and if I'm cold which I usually am, I use the warming function to warm up! I tell everyone about this because it actually works!!!
