Not for sensitive skin

I run hot at night, so i bought this in hopes that it would cool me throughout the night and help me sleep better. I was only able to use it for one night though because, unexpectedly, It caused a rash on my wrist that took a week to heal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Zoey, thanks for letting us know about this. It sounds like this might be contact dermatitis, which can happen with material worn close to the skin for long periods (often if you accidentally get soap or dirt trapped underneath the band, for example). If you experience irritation, we recommend making sure your wrist is dry when you put on your Wave and regularly wiping down the parts of the Wave that touch your skin with a microfiber cloth or alcohol wipe to keep them clean.

Doesn't work and the refund is super slow

This never worked for me. When I hot flash happened I push the button and my arm felt cool and that's about it. Then the entire device became super hot totally negating any cooling affect it gave. I had to throw it off in the middle of the night! Also the refund process is EXTEMELY SLOW!! You received my product back and instead of giving me a refund you are HASSLING ME every single day to use my balance on a different device. Just refund me. Make up your mind is it 1 week for a refund or 2 weeks
So much for the trial period I am paying for an item I don't even have in my possession. My advice don't buy this!!

I purchased 2 Embr Waves and both have cracked , one completely had the battery erupt and they are both almost impossible to charge. I have cleaned the copper connections and occasionally one or the other may charge. When they did work they were absolutely fabulous help in controlling the hot flashes and made a shorter time suffering. I do love the product but feel they should last longer and be more durable. I would have loved to been a test subject for these type of devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Bought this less than a month ago . I am unhappy with the way it worked. When I set the temperature to 8 it kept going back to 3 and the ember wave 2 kept heating up on me.even when the blue light was on. I shipped it back on 3/31/2025..Not happy with il.

We're so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Embr Wave. One thing to note is that if you start cooling/warming by pressing the buttons on your Wave, it will activate whatever mode and settings you have currently assigned as your preset for that button. So if you have Cold Drink at level 3 a preset assigned to your dotted button but then adjust to level 8 in the app, you'd need to save your Cold Drink level 8 as the preset for your dotted button. Otherwise, activating from the button will continue to get you Cold Drink at level 3 (which you can adjust to your desired level on the go by pressing the dotted button to make it cooler or the blank button to make it warmer).

I reviewed this yesterday, but got an email today requesting for my review and can’t find the one I posted.
You do NOT have a full 30 days to try it. It’s 30 days from whenever they send it out. If it doesn’t work, they encourage you to keep using it to see if it just takes a while to work. It didn’t work at all for me. I tried returning it, as I’ve had it for less than 30 days. They won’t accept it.
If you get this and it doesn’t work immediately, send it back ASAP! Don’t hesitate… just return it. This was so expensive and now it’s just a paperweight on my desk.

Works great hate the band!

I started using my ember wave in June 2024 and I love it except for the band I would have given it 5 stars. the band is magnetic so it loose over the course of the day constantly have to readjust it it also catches on my clothes snagging my shirts, If it didn't work so well I would have returned it I am so frustrated with it catching though
