This is my 2nd Embr. I feel the older model worked better than the new one I got. This one overheats and really doesn't get as cold as the older model. I'm a bit disappointed.

This product is the only thing that has ever helped me with my hot flashes (short of a walk-in freezer)! It has been a Godsend.
The warmth it produces, when cold, is equally comforting.
The Embr Wave is an effective and beautiful accessory that will compliment any jewelry collection. I receive compliments on mine almost every time I leave the house.

Doesn't actually help with hot flashes, overheats when using the nighttime setting, battery doesn't last very long, and it's started overheating on me when I've only had it for a few months.

I have had my Embr Wave 2 since December 2023. This bracelet has exceeded my expectations. I use it daily for cooling/hot flashes. But i also use the warming as well. I would highly recommend this product.

If you’re on the fence, just buy it!!
I hadn’t slept good in about 2 months. The first night I wore it, I slept for FIVE hours straight!! When I wore it to work, it also exceeded my expectations. I don’t fully understand the technology of how it’s so effective, but it’s definitely magic!

After suffering from night sweats and hot flashes for months, I was at my wit's end. I was skeptical that Embr, too, would fail me.
It did not.
It took a few weeks to figure out how to best use it, and now whenever I feel a hot flash coming on, I activate it.
I'm sleeping better. Less cranky. Nicer to my husband!
My only complaint is that the device is easily scratched, due to its position. I don't think I should have to buy a cover to keep it safe.

I bought my Embr in 2021 during COVID, and I have to say—it truly got me through. There’s something comforting about having something both cool and warm when you need it. On a scorching summer day, I’d press the button and feel that refreshing chill—like pressing your wrist against the fridge. In the winter, it kept me cozy and warm when I needed it most. Four years later, it’s still going strong. Highly recommend—definitely a smart investment.
