Best money I have ever spent! I bought one of these about 10 years ago. It finally failed and I told myself I didn't need another one. I was wrong . When my new one came I slept like a baby and was so glad I got another one! My only complaint is the glowing light is pretty bright at night time.
This is my 2nd Embr. I feel the older model worked better than the new one I got. This one overheats and really doesn't get as cold as the older model. I'm a bit disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is the only thing that has ever helped me with my hot flashes (short of a walk-in freezer)! It has been a Godsend. The warmth it produces, when cold, is equally comforting. The Embr Wave is an effective and beautiful accessory that will compliment any jewelry collection. I receive compliments on mine almost every time I leave the house. Mine was gifted to me and I will be forever grateful.
Product does not work!! Overheats within 5 min on the cooling modes.

Doesn't actually help with hot flashes, overheats when using the nighttime setting, battery doesn't last very long, and it's started overheating on me when I've only had it for a few months.

I have had my Embr Wave 2 since December 2023. This bracelet has exceeded my expectations. I use it daily for cooling/hot flashes. But i also use the warming as well. I would highly recommend this product.
Was so excited for this since my body doesn’t regulate temperature well but the fact it only heats or cools for 3-5 seconds max and then takes a 10-15 second break is really annoying and just made my temperature issues worse. They claim doing it this way is the best way scientifically to cool down and heat up but as a doctor I have no idea what makes them think that🤷♂️.
They really should have a continuous mode because it otherwise would be great because it does cool and heat well but the intermittent crap ruins it

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We cool or warm in waves primarily to prevent acclimation--like when you jump into a cold pool at it stops feeling cold within a few moments. Your body is really good at ignoring constant temperature vs. intermittent temperature, so delivering temperature in waves helps to keep sending those signals. We've got a variety of different waveforms with different on/off patterns that you can try out in the app to see what your body responds to best, so we'd encourage you to play around.
At the end of the day, temperature is personal, and Embr Wave isn't going to be right for every person. We hope you give it a good few weeks to see how it goes, but you can return your Wave for any reason within 60 days if you decide you're just not into it!

I was so skeptical!! But with the 60 day guarantee, I figured what the heck. If you’re on the fence, just buy it!! I hadn’t slept good in about 2 months. The first night I wore it, I slept for FIVE hours straight!! When I wore it to work, it also exceeded my expectations. I don’t fully understand the technology of how it’s so effective, but it’s definitely magic!
