Relief at the press of a button

This attractive piece has quickly become something I cannot live without. In addition to going through menopause, I also have multiple sclerosis, which causes my body not to regulate temperature very well. With my Embr Wave, relief is just a button press away. Whether I’m out, or attempting to sleep. I love how you can vary the frequency, and the temperature of the pulses. My dad has 1 as well, he had prostate cancer, and as a result of hormones, he has hot flashes. With his Embr Wave, he is able to get immediate relief. My friend purchased one as well, she is now able to garden again. She also has auto immune issues, and had been unable to do outside activities. 20/10 would recommend.

I bought the Embr Wave 2 and it’s very comfortable on my wrist. The design is discreet enough that I can wear it all the time. The first few days I didn’t really notice much change in my hot flash symptoms but after using the Wave for a few days, hot flashes became better and better. The overnight program with all night cooling really helps and after a week my body seemed to forget to go into hot flashes and my sleep improved a lot. I have RA which can cause hot flashes due to inflammation. I have also used hot and cold settings for comfort and stress and it works great for that too!

My wife suffers from hot flashes. It was getting to a point where the air conditioner was on blast and she still needed the ceilng fan--while I had to huddle under the sheets and endure the coldness, even during winter time. I would sometimes sleep in the room in our basement because the ceiling fan was just too strong. Or she would sometimes have cold flashes and the heat was on...she would hide under the sheets and I would had to lie on top of them! She cannot take estrogen and I would end up getting colds due to my body trying to adjust to the unforseen room-temperature adjustments.
As I was watching TV, I came across an ad: Embr Wave. As I was listening on its effectiveness and reviews, I had to research it myself. So without her knowing, I went ahead and ordered it.
It seemed like I was more excited than her getting the device as I delved into the instructions. She did a test run and noticed that her body did sense the temperature changes. She slept with it, placed the settings to "sleep" and slept comfortably thru the night without having a hot flash episode. When she woke up, no night sweats!
Conclusion: it works! Thanks Embr Wave! I could finally sleep with the a/c on and the ceiling fan off. For those husbands that also go thru this, I can say: "No more doghouse blues!" :grinning:

I suffered w/ hot flashes for close to 6 months before I saw a commercial for the Embr Wave. I felt it was expensive, but my husband convinced me to give it a try. I felt relief within the first 8 hrs of using it & within 2 days I had figured out a good routine with it. I cannot say enough good things about it!! I'm getting much better sleep as well. I knew I was miserable before, but I didn't realize HOW miserable I was until now. Wow! I went ahead & purchased the soft band w/ velcro & it has been better for my arm as the metal one was a little tight as I had to keep it tight to keep it in the right position. I then misplaced my charger & had to go without it for about 4 days & it was an awful 4 days! There weren't/aren't any chargers in stock to purchase currently, but I messaged the team & they're working on getting more in. I intend to buy a backup when they become available!! I don't ever want to be without this again! You won't be sorry when you get one!

I bought the original EMBR Wave when it first came out and just upgraded to the EMBR Wave 2. I like the new look and size of the 2 better than the original but it does not seem to work any better than the original.

I initially recommended the wave

I initially recommended the wave to my doctors and friends . When I received a replacement it did not work like the first one. It heats up the top frequently and actually causes heat flashes. I have worked with the company to trouble shoot all issues and have not been able to resolve the issue.
