The EMBR wave has been really helpful in keeping me cool. I have dysautonomia and get really hot and sweaty when standing. It makes a huge difference.

I got this as a birthday gift. It works great on 30 minutes or 10 minutes. When I run the embr wave 2 on 30 minutes it seems like I don't feel it after awhile regardless where I have the settings and as it runs I will sometimes have a hot flash while it's on. That sometimes is frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've created a library of customizable thermal modes for different needs and situations--because sometimes you might want something more intense and other times, you might want something less distracting to keep things calm in the background. If you're finding the longer sessions aren't quite what you need, we recommend choosing something short as a Preset so you can quickly access your favorite mode by pressing a button and don't need to open up the app every time to "replay" it!

Didn't think I needed but can't live without!

I was hesitant to give this a try but after feeling hot all the time and then cold suddenly at all hours of the day, I decided to give Embr Wave 2 a chance and am I glad I did! It's easy to use and helps more than I thought possible. It's not like I'm walking into a refrigerator but the cooling sensation works to lower my body temperature and I find myself missing it when I take it off.
Battery is lasting longer than expected and although I don't like the band it came with, it's a personal preference and there are other options that I can choose.

I have had mine for a couple years and I don’t go anywhere without it. I still have hot flashes throughout the day and night but they are less intense. This is a great invention

I bought this three months ago and love it. It helps me fall asleep, stay focus and redirects my mind when I am stressed. The only downside is it makes my wrist stink. This has been a great addition to my life. Highly recommend

My charger stopped working. When i contacted emberwave ,They made it hard to get another one .I sent proof purchase and still no HELP ! I LOVED AND DEPENDED ON MY EMBERWAVE !Don't get hooked on it ! I wore mine for a full year and now I don't have it and it sucks!
