Better sleep plus stress relief with the Embr Wave

I’ve had my Embr Wave for about 9 months and I love it. If you get hot while sleeping, the Embr Wave will help you get to sleep and stay asleep. If I don’t wear it to bed now, I don’t sleep as well as with it on. It helps relieve my anxiety in a stressful situation. It helps calm me down almost immediately. I’ve considered buying a second to have as a backup. It also helps cool me in hot weather conditions.

This device has been a blessing for my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Raynaud's disease. POTS causes me to get hot and it works wonders on cooking me down. I bought it back in August before going to Disney, I was the only one that stayed cool the whole time. I've been using it ever since! The Raynaud's disease makes me freeze so I love that I can have a hot and cold settings for those moments! Definitely helps me sleep better too!

I have had my Embr wave for over a week and it has reduced my hot flashes so much!! I am sleeping better and able to cool my body all night long!! I am so glad to have something that actually works!!

Didn't work for me, but I am giving a one star because I am still waiting to hear how to process the refund after a week. Starting to feel like a scam.

I’m disappointed to say this did nothing for the amount of hot flashes I had or even how hot I was while having the hot flashes. Poor battery life was also an issue. I would have to charge it in the morning and then again in the evening so it would run make it all the way through the 7 hour night cycle.
