Good idea, clumsy app

I like having a quick way to adjust my temp, but I find the app unwieldy. If I'm having a hot flash, I don't want to dig out my phone, open the app, and only then start cooling.

This device really takes the chill off. I have been so cold since I lost weight and also since I might have a medical issue. I get so cold that I shiver alot sometimes so much. Even when I am warm. My body is having a hard time regulating my body temperature and this little device is able to keep the edge off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So glad I decided to try the embrship. I was skeptical at first. But so hopeful.
Now I am so grateful. I can cool down so much easier. The warm feature is a great bonus too if I get a chill. I want to get one for my Husband now.
