Hey there, we're very sorry to hear you haven't been loving your Wave. When you use it for cooling, it is normal for the device to release some of the heat that is being pulled away from your skin, and this can be more obvious if you've run multiple cooling sessions or if the device is covered by a sleeve or a pillow, for example. if All Night cooling isn't doing the trick, we'd highly recommend trying a Fall Asleep session when you go to bed. Then, if you program Fall Asleep (or your favorite cooling mode) as a Preset, you'll be able to activate it by just pressing the button if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night.
