LOVE LOVE my Embr Wave 2!! Got it from my husband for Christmas last year ❤ I was always so hot and it was the PERFECT thing to help me be able to cool myself down whenever and wherever I was at that Exact Moment! I was finally able to get over that and did use it for warmth as well. I live in a state with Lots of Cold and Lots of Snow and it is SO PERFECT to warm me up! Love staying toasty even in church~

I am delighted with this product and wear it every day. Two weeks after my mother's passing from stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, marking the beginning of a challenging journey. Following my 30th birthday, I started experiencing growth, leading my doctor to induce hot flashes. I had been eyeing the Embr 2 Wave and decided to give it a try, which I thoroughly enjoy.

Great for hot flashes but not outdoor hot flashes

It really feels like putting a ice cube on your wrist which helps like sticking my hand out of the car window when I'm motion sick. I never use the heat since I usually hot flash. The hot feature can feel like it's burning almost and it starts out that way regardless of how hot I set it to start at so it just causes more issues than helps. The cold feature is wonderful but I do have a complaint about using it outdoors on a hot day. It overheats and won't function in that environment which is also when my hot flashes feel worse so it's a pretty huge bummer. When it does work I love it though. I can get pretty nauseous fast with a hot flash so I use this and carry a rechargeable fan with me all the time.

I bought the embr wave 2 subscription a month ago and it helps me fall asleep quicker. I'm normally a night sweater but since I got it I've been waking up less at night and staying cool. It also helps when I am having bad anxiety. It helps me concentrate on the cooling then what's making me anxious or worried.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been enjoying my wave every evening. It is now part of my bedtime routine.
It starts with helping me relax with its cooling setting.

I can't live without my Embr Wave 2! I am a surgically induced menopausal breast cancer survivor of 4 years and my Embr Wave 2 is my lifesaver! It's my own personal thermostat and I never leave home without it! Even my husband reminds me if I don't have it on, he knows how much it helps me! I love the discreet style, most people think I am wearing a watch! I love being able to press the buttons and immediately cool down when I am having hot flashes or warm up if I have a cold chill. I have recommended it to so many friends! When I have a friend who is experiencing a temperature issue I let them try my Embr Wave 2 and they fall in love with it, just like me! I read the bad reviews and you really need to give it a try and make up your own mind! It works for me and all of those that I have recommended it to!
