Just received this product today. Works good so far, but the cool setting could be cooler and the warm session max heat is too hot! I won’t be able to use that highest setting because it burned my wrist in seconds.

I have used my Ember Wave 2 for 2 years. I have never experienced something so life changing! I use the cold to cool down on hot days and for menopause support. Just recently I have discovered many uses for the heat, such as right before I get into a cold bed. I can handle anything!

I’ve been using my Embr Wave for over a year now and it makes such a big difference in managing hot flashes. I found it also minimize anxiety. Love it!
