I was one HOT MAMA before I got my Embr Wave 2, now it’s not me the one who’s sweating! 😉 Seriously though, it works so good that I bought one for a friend.

Need to improve battery and connection

Wish the charge lasted longer/ and it disconnects everytime my cable resets between midnight and 3am

Thanks for the review! Your Wave only needs to be connected to the app while you’re interacting with the app itself (to browse or customize sessions or view your usage, for example). It does not need to stay connected in the background while a session is running or when you use the buttons on your Wave to adjust the temperature or start/stop sessions, So if you use the app to select an 8-hour All Night session before bed, the app only needs to be connected to tell your Wave to start the session. It doesn’t need to stay connected once the session is in progress, and that’s why you’ll see a brief “Connecting to your Wave” screen if you open up the app again in the morning, since the Bluetooth connection hasn’t been live all night long. If you have two go-to sessions you’re always reaching for, we highly recommend using the Preset function in the app to assign them to the buttons your Wave. That way you can easily activate either of them by pressing a button, which is especially handy for times when you don’t want to pull your phone out or use the app at all. Best thing I've ever tried

I was using mine, but I was doing it. I had it on like you would wear a watch so it wasn’t working for me and just today. I watched the reviews or read the reviews and seen how people had it the opposite directions so I have it on my wrist the way it’s supposed to be and it’s perfect. You can feel the coldness come through my whole body. My it’s amazing and it works like it’s crazy but it really works

Hot flashes are no problem with my Embr

I joined the Embr membership program last year in that time the Embr has been my saving grace for the relentless hot flashes that I suffer from. I have only used the heating setting a few times and it was what I needed but the cooling setting is spectacular!!! I love being a part of the membership it allows me to benefit from this amazing tool with out breaking my bank account. Highly recommend this product. 😁
It takes a min, but I now know what to expect. It does seem to help regulate/reduce the intensity of hot flashes. I do wish the waves stayed cool a bit longerin the hot flash mode. I don’t like is that it already looks a bit beat up with scratches since it is worn on the palm side of my wrist.
I bought this almost a month ago and it has become my favorite accessory. I'm peri-menopausal and sleep has been a struggle because of my hot flashes. Since wearing this, my sleep has improved tremendously and using it through the morning keep me level all day. Very pleased with the app interface, ability to customize, and the battery life.
