Great Support for Cooling, Warming, and Sleeoing!

I have been using Embr Wave for many years for relief from my hot flashes. I have found it very effective. I am now primarily using it for sleep support since I am having trouble sleeping. When my husband was in dialysis, he was very cold all of the time. He enjoyed much relief with his Embr Wave.

If i can give 0 stars that would be very fitting. I canceled my subscription 6 months ago and just the other day this scamming place took $300 from account and for what ? I don't even have a subscription with this stupid site anymore but yet here I am if I have to I will sue

Game changer!

My Embr Wave 2 has been a life changer! I am able to concentrate better throughout my days by turning on the All Day Cool feature. I still get hot flashes but they are shorter and less intense, allowing me to maintain my focus.

I'll never understand the Jedi mind tricks that are happening here...but this has definitely helped with my hot flashes at night, and for the first time in months I'm able to sleep a full 7 hours without waking up drenched. So whatever sorcery is at work - I like it!
I'm still working out the best use for me during the day - it seems to work a bit differently for me when I'm at work, I'm confident that I'll figure it out after trying a few new things. Luckily there's a lot of online support to walk me through the different approaches.
I do wish the device itself were a little more durable - after just a couple of weeks, the face is already very scratched. I love the rose gold look but when it's all scratched up it isn't nearly as pretty. And the magnetic wristband has started catching my arm hairs in it - super ouchy! Would love some other options for this, since it should be easily replaceable.
These are small complaints, though, for the value I'm getting. Definitely worth the (not insignificant) cost.
