Unfortunately the Embr Wave 2 Is not worth it.

This device works. The Embr Wave 2 works as long as you are sitting at home and not moving. I had a hysterectomy at the age of 42, I have the great privilege of being blessed with night sweats and hot flashes. It works well for those symptoms as long as you are not out side, or inside moving around.
I have been dealing with the invisible disease, Multiple Sclerosis—MS—which can cause the person with the disease to feel 20° to 30° hotter than a person without MS, humidity exacerbates the symptoms of heat. I was hoping that it would help a little with my MS in the Arizona spring/summer (because we do not have season here, it is warm, warmer, hot, mucking hot, and hot & humid.)

Temperature issues can be really tricky, especially when the weather is working against you! While we wish Embr Wave could make it feel perfectly breezy when the sun is blazing outside, the Wave is more about bringing your body back into balance--so if you're hot flashing during a heat wave, it will help you curb the hot flash... but you'll probably still feel some of the heat wave like you would normally.
Since you're just starting out with the Wave, we hope you might stick around a little bit longer to see if you find a good routine! We've heard from many users that Embr Wave gets more and more effective the longer they use it, and you may find there are different types of sessions in the app that end up working better for you. I didn’t feel like it cooled me down, it just cooled my wrist. The heat at the lowest level was so hot I had to remove it.

We've heard from so many customers over the years who said they didn't think the Wave was working until they'd used it for a few weeks--everyone is different, and some people just need a little more time for their bodies and brains to adjust. You have 60 days to return your Embr Wave, so we hope you'll stick around for awhile! (PS You can adjust the temperature at any time using the buttons on your Wave--press the dotted button to make things cooler and the blank button to make things warmer.)

Rented this to make sure it worked for me before buying. First, that renting is even an option. I've been burned so many times! I have long had issues with temperature regulation, so I wasn't sure if the Embr Wave would alleviate any of it. I was surprised when it did. I was still hot or cold, but the worst parts of it all, the Embr Wave device helped with. Hoping to properly buy it soon!
