I love this device! It really does work wonders! I mainly use it to cool down. But, I did use it to warm up in winter as well. I definitely recommend the Embr Wave 2!

I don’t do reviews but- I have had this for 6 months and I don’t go more then a few hours of charging without it. I rave to anyone and everyone how amazing this product works for not just my hot flashes but any temperature assistance I need. Night or day. Battery life is amazing charge time is barley notable because of how little it actually needs to charge. So thankful I came across this early in my menopause and will use it till I can’t use it no more.
