I love this device. I tend to get very hot- at work especially, and this has been so helpful. I was worried about spending so much on it, but it really works! I’m not going to lie. I was skeptical at first, but I’m definitely a fan now.

It’s not bad but I think my body has to get used to it. I feel the coldness on my wrist which is nice but my body still has to know that it’s a signal to cool down. Only started wearing it for a few days now so we’ll see after some time.

Helps with POTS

Perfect day for it to arrive, already 96 outside and when you have POTS you need help with extreme temperatures. I was able to sit outside for an hour like I used to and I'm so happy to try this out everywhere this summer

Bought this for hot flashes as im 25 and going through chemically induced menopause thanks to breast cancer. I appreciate this product. As it does help with hot flashes and some cold chills.
Improvements i wish to see.
I hope this device can become waterproof, as i work outdoors. Also wish that the buttons could be preset per individual more easily.

Hey Kathleen! This is mostly to make it more discreet (so the LED is pointed at you instead of away) and easier to see the buttons/lights--but feel free to wear it pointing the other way if you prefer!
