It took some getting used

It took some getting used to but I've really enjoyed having this product. I've used it quite a bit. It helps to cool me down and destress. I wish it were a little thinner in design since it has to be worn on the underside of the wrist. Working on my laptop is tricky when wearing it. It's all a matter of getting used to it though. Would recommend the product to anyone looking to destress or cool down.

Not worth your time.

Way too expensive to be of any value, gets scratched easily when it's meant to be on the bottom of your wrist. The hot is too hot, even on its lowest setting. It's a stinging kind of hot, not a glove type of warm. The only good thing is that the cold setting is pretty good sometimes. I'm trying to get a refund but they refuse to continue the process even though I've sent it back off.

Really wanted relief.

It was a little large for my wrist, not in the band, that was totally adjustable. The unit itself was bulky, won't fit under most of my sleeves. Had to keep them pulled up. Still tried to use for night sweat issues, but after I fell asleep, even with the cooling on, my wrist sweat! I tried different placement, and loosening the band, even purchased a different band. To no avail, I returned it. I really had high expectations of relief, that other reviews mentioned....but it didn't work out for me.
