My temperature tends to usually run on the cooler side, but then I’ll have moments of increased body temperature while doing certain activities such as sleeping or giving a work presentation. So I bought the Embr so I wouldn’t have to fuss as often with the thermostat to accommodate my fluctuations.
Since using it, it’s been much easier to achieve comfort without disrupting the comfort of those around me.
My only criticism is the band. It looks nice, but at night, it loosens and slides around my wrist quite a bit.

I have struggled for years with hot flashes, within seconds they are now stopped in their tracks with the use of the Ember wave 2, not sure how I lived without it!

After using my Embr2 for a few weeks, I would give it about 3 1/2 stars, somewhere between okay and good. I have MS and so I am extra sensitive to heat and wanted something to help my core temp. This works to cool me down when I am a little warm, but when I am hot, it doesn’t help as much I hoped. I still like it because it helps cool me down faster when I use other things too, however.

This device has been a welcome addition! I vary between hot and cold and this helps to even out those swings. Looking forward to future upgrades that will provide statistics and trend information. I think that will be helpful!

Best surprise ever, it really works !! After years of unbelievable hot flushes, not flashes but , FLUSHES, embarrassing wettness..... Finally a solution, Embr. Wave 2. I only take it off to shower !! Best invention Ever. I live in the Northeast and it also helps for warming up your body when you get chilled
