I’ve only had it a couple of days but I absolutely love it already. I have had issues with regulating my body temperature for years now. The difference that this has made for me already is beyond words.

For over 18 months, I've enjoyed my Embr to help with menopausal night sweats. It helps reduce the time I'm awake after having the heating-up sensation. I have recommended it to so many people and shared it with my general practitioner and OB/GYN. I even convinced my dad, who is experiencing night sweats as a result of cancer medication, to try it!
If you're experiencing night sweats or hot flashes, it's well worth the investment.

The hot flashes i get? Are NOT the norm! I'm 72! Those left years ago. But the last 3 yrs im getting hot,sweaty red faced DOES THIS HELP ME!!! OMG YES! Just had bloodwork today. This gem 6months ish. This is not a paid endorsement!

My new best friend for battling illnesses

It just arrived today so I'm just in the figuring it out to phase but so far it helps. I'm in the middle of battling COVID and the warming feels amazing and keeps me comfortable and the cold plunge feature is great for when nausea hits. I recommend trying the subscription and if after a month or 2 you love it then you can buy outright

I am so impressed!!! I never realized how scientific someone could be about reading the bodies temperature and being able to remedy it with warm and cold impulses for hot flashes but you cut them off right away and a million thank you to you all !!
