Cooling is a godsend

The cooling sessions help me stop a hot flash in its tracks. I do need level 10 as a new user, but using “cool low power all day” helps my general comfort immensely.

I got this as a Christmas gift, the device it's self is good, and the idea is great, but the technology attached isn't the best. I have to keep forgetting, and repairing the device constantly. The only hiccup I'd say. Other than the app issues it's nice.

Thanks for the feedback! The app doesn't run when you're not actively using it, so you may see a brief "connecting" screen when you initially open the app. Your phone should be able to find your Wave within a few seconds without you needing to do anything (not needing to go into Bluetooth settings, e.g.) but this can sometimes be a little slower depending on factors like the battery level of your phone/Wave, BT strength, etc. One tip to speed things up if it seems slow is to press a button on your Wave to wake it up as your phone looks for it.
