My mom bought this for me a few years back. I have used it everyday since! It has helped with panic attacks, hot flashes and night sweats. I love my embr wave 2! I have referred friends and family to purchase them, also talked to my dentist and a hygienist. I love it so much and rely on it often. It has made a big difference in my perimenopause journey.

I have been using my Embr Wave 2 for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to try it for help with my Dysautonomia symptoms. It took some time getting used to, but I have really been enjoying it. It has definitely helped with regulating my body temperatures. I love that the app is not an additional fee, but it needs some updating. The app is not user friendly and takes a while to find the settings you like. The product is great I would just recommend they work on the app and maybe creating a way to crate your own duration for hot/cooling waves.
