I bought this a few months ago and really I’m still not sure about it. I use it mainly at night when I go to bed, due to hot flashes, but I think Imwill start wearing it more often.

I have been using Embr for about a week. IT WORKS WONDERS for cooling when I’m at work. I’m a nurse and I am forever sweating and so hot while working. This is exactly what I needed . I can’t wait to see longer term results!
