I bought this on the recommendation of my doctor, who had heard from 2 women in the previous week that it was awesome. They (and he) were not wrong! I have been using it for over a year now, and it's fantastic. As stated by the company, it took a few weeks to train my body to it, and now I can't sleep without it! I have told many of my girlfriends about it, and the ones who buy it, love it. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

I bought this a few months ago and it has been a lifesaver. From hot flashes to cooling me off when my POTS acts up. It is the best! I highly recommend it to others. And yes. People do ask me why I have 2 smartwatches.

I have been pleasantly satisfied with my Ember Wave. I bought it for hot flash relief and it really helps with that issue. It is easy to pay for with a membership if you can' or don't want to buy it.

Works great for MS

I'm on the rental program and have MS. I am extremely sensitive to any temperature changes. I've been using the Ember Wave 2 for 2 months and it's taken me this long for us to sync. Now, the minute I'm hot or cold, I'm reaching for it. I think I'll be staying with Ember Wave for awhile.

"Manopause"

A little-known fact:
After a man has his prostate removed due to prostate cancer, we get what I refer to as "manopause", see what I did there? It's like what women experience after undergoing a hysterectomy, hot flashes! So, after undergoing the procedure I mentioned earlier, I decided to see if the Embr Wave 2 would work for men, and lo & behold, it works great! It's fantastic, superb, excellent, etc.! Thank you Embr Labs!

Rose gold band

I subscribed a few months ago only a little disappointed and I feel like my band color is wearing off quickly it's not as shiny as it was per se I have the rose gold one I wish I had got the black

Hey Jules! If you’re finding your rose gold band is getting discolored as you wear it, you can give it a deep clean with a soft bristled toothbrush and a mild soap solution. For maintenance, we recommend trying to keep your Wave dry and clean between wears (a microfiber cloth is great for this). We also offer a Cleaning Kit designed for your Wave that includes a cloth and a variety of tools to really get into nooks and crannies!
