Hi Liz! It looks like you've had your Wave for just over a week, so we really hope you'll stick with it. While some folks find it works exactly as they'd hoped the first time they try it, we hear from so many people that it wasn't until several weeks in that they really started to feel a difference. Your brain and body may just need some time to adjust before they start to fully respond to the Wave.
