Wow! Relief in a matter of days!!! Had some trouble connecting then went to the troubleshooting page followed directions and bam! No more hot flash suffering!!!

Just got mi e today, and right from the start I can feel the difference. I have Parkinson’s so regulating my temp is difficult. This is going to be a life saver

I got mine as my husband needs a warmer temp at night and I like it cooler. It has worked really well. It was a bit hard to get used to the tingling sensation at first but now I can’t sleep without it

I bought this a week ago and I love it! It does get a little to warm on my wrist but I learned you can cut the heat intensity down.

Helped with hot flashes and breast cancer meds

I bought ember wave2 two months ago as I anticipated my hormone treatment meds for breast cancer and the hot flash side effects it would bring on. I was medically put into menopause as well as estrogen blocking medication.
As I have continued on this medication the hot flashes did begin and ember waves has stopped me from the “panic” that first sets in as the feeling of heat starts during a hot flash or night sweat. I have relied on ember waves to help me cope. O set mine to high chill and it immediately starts. I wish it were a bit longer but it does wave back and helps me chill down . i think my brain has adapted to know it will be ok. And im not going to burn up!
I should add it looks just like a watch and is discreet to use just like someone muting their phone/watch you simply touch your wrist and the button you prefer, each button is textured slightly so no guessing which you should push and are programable via the app which I love!
