It only lasted 8 months. When it started to malfunction it burn my wrist and left a scar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my first Embr Wave 2 almost a year ago. I suffer from horrible hot flashes and it helps lessen the intenseity of them. Great little devise.

I have trouble regulating my body temperature, and when I get hot it’s tough to cool down. The Embr Wave has been great at keeping me more regulated.

The Embr Wave 2 was recommended to me by a lady one evening where I work part-time. Once I got home, I reviewed this product and knew I wanted to purchase one once I had the money. About 4 months later, I had my Embr Wave. I love that I can click it and a cool wave is produced anytime my body needs a cooling. I don’t t use the warmth phase yet, but winter is coming soon and I see myself using it on that function soon. I have recommended this product to so many people since I try and wear it everyday. I am so thankful for this product since it has helped decree the severity of my hot flashes.

Bought this as a "last resort" - wish it had been my first resort! After breast cancer diagnosis, my hormone replacement med wasn't an option any more for hot flashes. The doctor and I tried all the meds, from antidepressants to the latest and greatest med. The Embr Wave 2 was suggested by my doctor and nurse navigator. I can say it has helped reduce the number and length of time of my flashes. They aren't completely gone, however, they are much better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Living in South Texas my hot flashes are pretty unbearable. When I feel the furnace, turning on inside, I immediately hit my ember wave and feel the tingle and it allows me to go on about my business instead of desperately seeking an air conditioning vent that I can stand right in front of.

I've been using my Embr wave for several years and I love it!!! It's amazing! The cooling is great when I get hot-flashes (cause menopause sucks) and the warming feature helps me feel a little cozy on cool nights.
