I've had this about a month now and I absolutely love it, im still trying to figure out how to make it to where I need relief, I run wicked hot and o think without this it would be much worse.

I bought it knowing I would be having a complete hysterectomy and wanted to be prepared for the hot flashes. Since having my surgery, I’ve experienced more “cold” than “hot” flashes but the wave works great for both! Love the app where I can set the all night function too, definitely helps regulate my temperature and get a better night’s sleep. ❤️it!

The Ember Wave does offer some relief from uncomfortable temperatures. Especially when I am extremely hot or cold. But it is a little pricey for what it is

Been using the Embr Wave 2 for about a month and it's amazing! I'm using it at night for hot flashes and night sweats and since the first night I used it I've been getting a restful, uninterrupted night sleep. There have been a few times that I wake up early in the morning feeling cold!

I use it at night. It really helps me to sleep without waking up hot. After using it for several months, I wouldn’t be without it. It did take a while-maybe a week or two, to get full relief.

I use the Embr Wave for relief from hot flashes. I have been extremely pleased with the product! It is comfortable to wear and not too bulky. And it works. It provides an instant calming sensation along with the cooling effect. The app is easy to use, as are the buttons on the bracelet. I love the updated design!

Love my wave! Between nearly lifelong severe hot flashes & temperature disregulation from fibromyalgia, it's been so helpful. The cooling sleep setting is awesome for not waking up in a pool of sweat! The heating is great for the cold times too. 😁
