Really helpful significantly shortening hot flashes

I have been using it for a year now and find it a very useful tool to shorten hot flashes especially when pushing the cool button on demand when needed. The night cooling function is also calming and feels comfortable, but I have to give it a few extra pushes at night when a hotflash comes on so it delivers coolness and ia not on a warm phase by chance.

Helpful to Men undergoing "Hormone Therapy"

I am a 62-year-old male currently being treated for Prostate Cancer with Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT, commonly referred to as "Hormone Therapy"). One of the most common side effects of ADT are hot 'flushes' or hot flashes, and I have been experiencing these daily, enduring dozens of episodes each day. Wearing and using the Embr Wave has significantly reduced the intensity and duration of these episodes, particularly at bedtime and pre-dawn when the occurrences of hot flashes are most prevalent. The 'All Night" setting has been particularly effective at minimizing the frequency and symptoms of these hot flash episodes, allowing me to get the rest I need. I would recommend, and have recommended the Embr Wave to men being treated with ADT, as it delivers considerable relief and supports the treatment and healing processes.

Life changing!

I bought my Ember Wave about four or five months ago and it has become a lifesaver. I call it my external thermostat. It works really well to help my body Temperature since I cannot do that on my own.

I have had two Embr Waves - the 1st and 2nd generation and find they do help heat the body a bit - when at an outdoor event, a hockey game - the Embr Wave is my favorite accessory. Don't find the cooling works as well but I will use it for sure when I start menopause symptoms! I would give a 5 star if not for how bulky the unit is... wish they could get it smaller and slimmer for my petite frame. I am 4' 10" and tiny so others may feel the unit is small enough.

I have extremely bad hot flashes. My face and neck turn bright red and I feel like I will spontaneously combust at any moment. I got the Embr Wave 2 and was amazed by how quickly the cooling happens. It’s like an ice cube on my wrist! The only time I take it off is when I shower.
It will heat you up too if that’s what you want. I tried that once and it works well.

I have had my wave for 2 years now and I depend on it through my menopause I've been very depressed and of course very hot the wave man has significantly made a difference and how I sleep at night I wish you all can make a big one that can wrap around my head and around my chest can we work that out soon thanks
