This device definitely works for controlling night sweats for me. My only concern is that my wrist/body will get used to the cooling sensation to a point where it doesn't work as well; time will tell.

This has absolutely changed my life. I am always cold and the Ember Wave 2 has helped dramatically to keep me warm. With Raynauld's Sydrome, my fingers go ice cold and since I got the Wave it has helped combat the flares. I am blown away by the difference it makes. When I am at Disneyland with my best friend who is heat intolerant, I give her it and she uses the cold setting. I've never not seen her sweat before. It's wild. I didn't have it on for 3 days this week and this difference was noticeable by everyone around me. I can honestly say I don't take it off except to charge it.

The reason for the low

The reason for the low review is because I have hives/allergic reaction to the cooling. I never used the heat. I bought this to reduce my hot flashes, while it helped in that department it gave me an irritation on my wrist. It is taking alot of time to go away.

I got this hoping it would help me with my hot flashes. I tried it for about 6 weeks and found it not effective. I have reached out to return it and is told it only has a 30 day return policy. How is that fair? usually 6-8 weeks is a fair try of anything.

I've struggled with hot flashes for over 8 years. It's been absolutely miserable! Ive always had to carry a fan with me but now with this device I can get thru them with a push of a button. I immediately feel cooling pulses through my wrist. And before I know it, my hot flash is gone. The battery life is great as well. Very comfortable mesh band too.

I've been using the Embr Waves 2 for about a month ... I was very hesitant on using something else , I did do Bio Identical hormone therapy for a couple of years , it's expensive and the procedure can be a bit much ... I was pleasantly surprised to get the Wave it's beautiful in color I chose I the rose gold ... I downloaded the app set it up and as soon as I felt a hot flash coming on I hit the button and it subsided, it did not let the hot flash Peak which was beautiful to me.... this is such an uncomfortable feeling and to have no control , this gives me control.... thank you ♡
