Been using the Embr Wave 2 for about a month and it's amazing! I'm using it at night for hot flashes and night sweats and since the first night I used it I've been getting a restful, uninterrupted night sleep. There have been a few times that I wake up early in the morning feeling cold!

I use it at night. It really helps me to sleep without waking up hot. After using it for several months, I wouldn’t be without it. It did take a while-maybe a week or two, to get full relief.

I use the Embr Wave for relief from hot flashes. I have been extremely pleased with the product! It is comfortable to wear and not too bulky. And it works. It provides an instant calming sensation along with the cooling effect. The app is easy to use, as are the buttons on the bracelet. I love the updated design!

Love my wave! Between nearly lifelong severe hot flashes & temperature disregulation from fibromyalgia, it's been so helpful. The cooling sleep setting is awesome for not waking up in a pool of sweat! The heating is great for the cold times too. 😁

My Embr has been so helpful in minimizing my constant hot flashes. When I feel one approaching, I start my Wave 2 and it helps tremendously in reducing the intensity and length of the dreaded flash.

I got this on the subscription program as I was skeptical that this would help me. It came right before our vacation to the beach and yet another heat wave in the northeast. I have been totally thrilled with how well this helped to keep me cool. Absolutely will end up buying one!!!

I Love My Embr Wave 2!

My husband bought this for me, because he saw how I was suffering from extreme hot flashes. It has helped me tremendously. At night I use the "All Night" feature and receive waves of coolness throughout the hole night. I am able to track how many and the times I have my hot flashes through the app. I love my Embr Wave 2.

Great device to have for use while sleeping with hot flashes.

I love using my Embr Wave 2, especially while sleeping. I'm able to push the button to cool down, helping me fall back to sleep fast. I only wish it would hold a charge better in between uses. I wanted to use it and found a dead battery more often than I like.
