Soothes in multiple ways!

I received this for Christmas last year from my husband who wanted to ease my suffering from hot flashes. It works very well for that and I am so glad to have it. What I hadn’t expected was how I would come to use it as a device to help me calm down to fall asleep! Using the 30 minute cycle I focus on the ebbing and flowing of the cooling temperature on my wrist. With that to focus on my mind doesn’t jump on the gerbil wheel in my mind that can keep me awake half the night at times.

I was hesitate for awhile to spend the money on this product for over a year. I am always hot. I love my embr. It has kept me comfortable and not over overheated. I love the flash of cold cooling my entire body down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good at cooling relief

Works mostly OK for me. Hot flash relief setting works the best for me. Charge seems to hold acceptably. I need to wear this very close to my upper wrist/hand to get the best effect. I almost wish I could wear this on the inside of my elbow. Sounds weird, but I am always hot there.

This has been a game changer! I have not slept this soundly in years. Embr Wave keeps my temperature regulated all night& that is amazing for a woman in her 50s!

I bought the EMBR wave 2 about one year ago and it has helped so much. My hot flashes were almost constant, making me nauseous, and making me feel dirty all the time due to sweating. After I started using the wave my hot flashes were happening however, they would go away before I started to sweat and no more nausea. If my wave ever stops working, I will be buying a replacement fast.

I bough lt an ember wave because i work outside in the hot and cold. It helps me be comfortable while in extreme environments

Probably nothing really helps hot flashes, but this is worth a try

I've had it for over a year now. I use it for hot flashes. Connection to the app is very unreliable. Using the app is annoying. I wish I could have set it up once and done, but sometimes the battery dies and the buttons reset, and I need to relearn how to use the app.
For the hot flashes, it's better than nothing. I go back and forth, trying to decide if it is genuinely helpful. I'd give it four stars if it connected to the app reliably.
It has been very durable. I wear it gardening and everywhere.
