Does the job when you really need it!

I have had two Embr Waves - the 1st and 2nd generation and find they do help heat the body a bit - when at an outdoor event, a hockey game - the Embr Wave is my favorite accessory. Don't find the cooling works as well but I will use it for sure when I start menopause symptoms! I would give a 5 star if not for how bulky the unit is... wish they could get it smaller and slimmer for my petite frame. I am 4' 10" and tiny so others may feel the unit is small enough.

I have extremely bad hot flashes. My face and neck turn bright red and I feel like I will spontaneously combust at any moment. I got the Embr Wave 2 and was amazed by how quickly the cooling happens. It’s like an ice cube on my wrist! The only time I take it off is when I shower.
It will heat you up too if that’s what you want. I tried that once and it works well.

I have had my wave for 2 years now and I depend on it through my menopause I've been very depressed and of course very hot the wave man has significantly made a difference and how I sleep at night I wish you all can make a big one that can wrap around my head and around my chest can we work that out soon thanks

A complete lifesaver for someone with temperature regulation issues.

I purchased my Wave about 6 months ago and noticed an immediate difference. I have autoimmune issues and and have trouble with temperature regulation. I am an older woman beginning menopause. I began using it and loved it. If I was having a hot flash it curbed it in an instant. I had used it while outside doing various activities this summer and it even worked to help keep me cool during the heat of the day. I will sometimes get cold in the later evenings and can hit the warming button, which works as well as the cooling button. It is like my own personal thermostat. I accidentally forgot it one day before going out, and the remainder of the day was really difficult because I didn't have it to regulate my temperature. I don't go anywhere without it and have recommended it to several people.

I have had the Wave for about a year or so I was getting really really bad hot flashes and since I have had this I don't go a night without it my hot flashes have calmed down a lot and when I don't use it I can definitely notice hot flashes get worse I love it best thing ever !!!

I've been using Embr Wave 2 for over a year and have recommended it to many people. Hot flashes are a way of life for me but when I'm wearing this I can stop a hot flash in it's tracks. It keeps me cool through the night on the sleep setting. I love that the two buttons are programmable and it's quite versatile. If I ever needed to warm up I could set it for that but at this point, I rarely need to warm up.
