Lower your expectations

Thought the programming would be more customizable. You can't customize pulses or time. If additional time is needed & you restart, the wave gets hot & shuts off. Disappointed between what was advertised & reality.

My best gift ever !

This was a gift bought for me by my husband as an unexpected gift. As a 54 year old menopausal female going through extreme hot flashes day and night, this gift has been life changing. Prior to receiving my Embr Wave 2 my nights consisted of waking up 5-6 times a night and having to even change nightgowns several time a night. My days as a supervisor at work were extremely difficult because I was breaking out into full body sweats which literally left me dripping in sweat. Since receiving my Embr Wave 2 I am now sleeping through most nights and the hot flashes during the day are minimal. I would highly recommend this to those women who are struggling with similar situations. IT HAS BEEN A LIFE CHANGER.

The Embr Wave 2 is a lifesaver

My hot flashes have been a terrible source of discomfort and I was at the end of my rope for solutions. The hot flashes disrupt my sleep and my flow at work. My husband saw the commercial for Embr and decided to gift me the Embr wave 2 . I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now. As the instructions outline, you have to wear the Embr Wave 2 for about a week before your body can adjust to the hot/warm settings. You can customized the hot/cold settings to your liking and the unit is very simple to use. The Embr Wave 2 has not only brought me relief, but it has shorten the hot flashes dramatically. I wear it all day, for several days before it requires charging. The battery life is phenomenal and you can monitor the life on the Embr App. The Embr app also provides a snapshot of your usage. I recommend the Embr Wave 2 , it is pricey but worth EVERY penny. If you are menopausal, the Embr Wave 2 will provide relief you can’t get from a pill.

I only wish I’d invented this thing! It works for hot flashes like nothing else and I’ve tried everything! I bought two of them so I can have one on charge while wearing the other. I tell everyone how wonderful it is!

I thought this was an automatic helper. I was wrong, you have to manually push the button every time your hot flash starts. It does help but I have to interact with it.

I have had hot flashes and night sweats for eight years. I thought I would try this product to see if it helped. So far it has not helped. My husband has convinced me to try it for a couple more weeks and see how it does.

I love the Embr Wave

I love the Embr Wave 2. That being said I also thing there are ways to make it better. I would love to be able to customize like a work setting and name it work that way I know which one is set higher and longer for work. But it has been a game changer for me. I wear it at work when I sleep as often as I can. I love it.

Belated thank you and a note to let you know that this is possible in the app: Tap the three dots in the upper corner of any session under Last Used, and you'll be able to select Edit, Rename, or Preset (which lets you assign any session to one of your Wave's two buttons). So after you've edited a session to be just right for you, you can rename it to whatever you like so it will always be easy to find!
