The concentrated little bit of cold really helps. I find that this device is most useful at night. When I am awakend by a hot flash I can hit the button, see the little blue triangle on my wrist and go right back to sleep. Worth every penny. FSA eligible with a receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity.

It really works! When a hot flash starts, either push buttons or use app on the phone. Once it starts it interrupts the flash and it goes away. The tracking is great, you see your flash patterns and when you flash the most. The all night setting has been a God send!

Love the concept, didn't work for my needs. Wanted something to keep my temperature regulated while I slept (I tend to run warm) but unfortunately didn't have any noticeable effect.

I gave this band as a birthday gift to a friend that is going through prostate cancer. He was having hot flashes every hour. This helped reduces the number of flashes he was getting and alleviated the agony and sweats he was having. With a simple push of a button when those flashes hit, it cuts the time down drastically. He has the app to change the bedtime mode, so he is able to sleep comfortably w/o having to wake up constantly. All I can say is.....he is super grateful a product like this was made.
