I have had my wave for some time now,and I'm so pleased with it...I use the SLEEP COOL mode for 9 hours on level 5...I get my best sleep.

Hot flash disappears with my Embr Wave! On the flip side, when I’m cold, my Embr Wave warms me up and the chills disappear!

Can’t live without it

I’ve had my Wave for a year now, and I can’t imagine life without it. I can’t remember how I lived before! After two weeks of receiving it, I was hooked. I didn’t think it would help as much as it does. I’m in my mid-30s and I have POTS. I experience wide temperature fluctuations, and an inability to retain heat. I use it 24/7 and I encourage anyone that asks about it to get their own Wave. My only comment is that when it is really hot, and I have the temperature up on cold, my Wave gets a little warm and I can feel it instead of the cold. But I bought a matching comfort case and it helps to shield the warmth from reaching my wrist. I wish I could gift my whole family with their own Wave, from my teenager to my elderly mother. 10/10, would buy again and again. Try it, you won’t regret it.

I love it, It helps me sleep and does great when cooling and heating up. BUT it used to stay connected to my phone most of the time. Now I have to reconnect and pair every day. I reboot every night shortly before I go to bed. So this isn't something new.

No fans to lug around

I was looking for a way to stay cool without medication. The Embr Wave is just enough to take the edge off. A little bulky but worth it!
