I've used my Embr Wave 2 for over two months. I am very surprised how well cooling down has helped me during stressful moments. It has also greatly improved my sleep during these hot summer months. If you run hot all the time, like me, I recommend getting two of them because after a full night's run time you'll need to charge it for a couple of hours and need a back up one. The Rose Gold colored soft band and silicone bumper guard get dirty quickly from the constant wear and the soft band is now discolored, so consider getting the black color if visible dirt bugs you.

My daughter gave me the embr wave for my birthday. I use it the office when everyone else is freezing and they turn up the heat. It’s like turning on a fan! Works great.

I bought my Embr Wave several months ago. Other than the magneti portion of the strap coming loose within the first few weeks (was replaced free), it has worked well. Overall, I think it helps, as I need it cool to sleep, and it's fully adjustable for cooling (or warmth).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Okay so I mostly love this, but I think the technology needs to be perfected. It does help me cool down/warm up moderately. I suffer from moderate-severe hyperhidrosis, so I don't expect this to help me 100%. The issue I have is that, when it's cooling, the actual product heats up bc it's using power, so it almost counteracts the true intent of the product. It results in my wrist inadvertently alternating from extreme cold to extreme warmth (which is uncomfortable). This technology needs improvement. Also the battery life isn't ideal. I wish it lasted much longer. If these issues were fixed, then this would get a 5/5. I'm looking forward to the embr wave 3
