Week one of using device. Helps to control oncoming hot flashes, so they are not as intense, 50-60% of the time, other times I don't even feel the coolness. Going to give it a full 3-6 months to see if there is any differences. Battery life runs out if used for the 8hr night time sleep mode.

Basically useless. Rather than a feeling of cold, it feels like it is burning, even if I turin down the intensity to 3, where it then isn't cold enough. Plus one second of cold doesn't do anything.

Best thing ever. I am well over 70 and still get annoying hot flashes. Now they only last a minute or two. Night sweats are less. Also with the extreme cold weather we have been having, I have been able to warm up quickly.

Return problem

My wife tried this and was hopeful. After a couple of weeks she decided to return it but was talked into trying some new settings and that they would extend the time to return it. She tried it with the new settings but it still wasn't working for her. We tried to return it again a couple of weeks later and the website said it was too late. I sent an email to the person my wife spoke with and still haven't heard back. This might be a great product for some but beware if you need to return.
