I'm getting absolutely NO relief

I'm getting absolutely NO relief with night sweats. IF I catch a "heat wave" at the initial onset, the Wave seems to help, but not if the heat wave has had a chance to get going.

Hot flash relief

I have been using my Embr Wave 2 for a couple of weeks at night when hot flashes usually interrupt my sleep. I found that the 60 minute fall asleep mode is best for me. Occasionally during the day I will use the cool drink mode if I feel a hot flash coming and it works to stop it!

Perfect for a Cooler Night's Sleep

My husband saw the commercial late night and taped it for me to see the next day. He thought I might like to try it. He prefers to sleep in a warmer room, but we keep it cool so I can sleep better. Now that I have the Wave 2, I can use it to cool down at night and let him sleep well also. I have recommended this to my sister and niece.

I love this device. I have difficulty regulating my temperature and this helps me to not overheat or freeze.
I also love the cooking for sleep setting!
The one complaint I have is that the magnetic closure always slips so the device can’t keep proper skin contact without constant retightening. I’d love a band option that has some other type of fastener.

I really appreciate and enjoy this device. I have been in menopause and this is the safest and healthiest product that I have tried. I can say hot flashes are not overwhelming my moments in life anymore.

The wave 2 isn’t as good as I expected. It helps somewhat with hot flashes. The mesh band it comes with is terrible. The wave never stays in place. Definitely get the comfort band it’s a world of difference. The company should give a choice of bands when ordering. It’s awful they make you buy the comfort band separately after all the

My husband got the Embr for me hoping it would help at night. Sleeping had become pretty hard to come by for me.
I take steroids and am now dealing with menopause hot flashes , believe me the combination is definitely not COOL :rofl:
