Still Hopeful

I was very hopeful the Embr Wave 2 would help with my sleep and hot flashes during my night"s sleep. I set it for eight hours each night, and turned it on upon going to bed. I did not experience any notable relief after trying for approximately three weeks; thus, I elected to return this. I was very hopeful, and sincerely appreciate the opportunity to give it a try. Love my Wave

Love my Wave 2! I have had 21 years of hot flashes at an average of nearly one per hour. I use my Wave 2 99.9% of the time for cooling, but i have used it for warming. too. I wish I had this before I retired. Work would have been much better with a way to deal with hot flashes. I appreciate the flexibility of presetting the buttons. I wish the instructions would have been more clear about recharging or had at least given the web page to more information. It was extremely helpful. I am still trying to get the overnight setting for night sweats to work better.

The cooling feature is ok,

The cooling feature is ok, but the top of the device gets hot between cooling waves which basically defeats the purpose.
