Didn't work well for me. I felt coolness on my wrist but certainly didn't do anything for the extreme internal heat, sweating and flushing that happens with a hot flash. Sorry to report this. I had high hopes.

The concentrated little bit of cold really helps. I find that this device is most useful at night. When I am awakend by a hot flash I can hit the button, see the little blue triangle on my wrist and go right back to sleep. Worth every penny. FSA eligible with a receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity.

It really works! When a hot flash starts, either push buttons or use app on the phone. Once it starts it interrupts the flash and it goes away. The tracking is great, you see your flash patterns and when you flash the most. The all night setting has been a God send!
