Didn’t help at all, I had high hopes this would help with both hot flashes and overheating from PPE. Your wrist would feel cooler, but the device cycled off more than it cycled on. To get any relief I kept turning the device on. I had 3 other people in the office tried it for a few days none of us felt relief.

I love the Embr Wave 2 so much. I am in a chemical menopause due to hormone positive breast cancer. Hot flashes were intense. Then a minute later I’d be freezing. The cooling part is my favorite. I love that I can set it to keep me cool while I sleep. I take medication daily for hot flashes. Now that I have this amazing technology on my wrist; I am weaning myself off of the meds.

Please disregard the scratches on it in the photo. I am an assembly machine operator and refuse to take my Wave off at work. Trust me, I am a clumsy one. But the Wave has stood up to the abuse just fine :)

My HOT Flashes are too hot for the cooling part. Nothing changed in a month of using the Ember Wave. Then.. It STOPPED WORKING. GREAT.

I’m constantly trying to keep this Amber Wave connected to my Bluetooth I follow all the steps to do this and nothing works it is so frustrating especially after spending all this money

I have owned both models of this device and it does not last. Stops working frequently. Haven’t even had one last a year before it needs replaced. Also ceramic plate cracks and chips with just general wear. The device it’s self is helpful but the quality is horrible for the price. Will be looking elsewhere for a temperature regulating product if this company doesn’t make changes. In the process of getting another one replaced yet again.

The cooling feature is wonderful! It helps me sleep, it calms me down when I feel overwhelmed. Even though I received it after the heatwaves of this summer, I am sure this will be vital to me surviving next summer! I look forward to seeing how the warming feature will keep me cozier this winter.
