The wave 2 isn’t as good as I expected. It helps somewhat with hot flashes. The mesh band it comes with is terrible. The wave never stays in place. Definitely get the comfort band it’s a world of difference. The company should give a choice of bands when ordering. It’s awful they make you buy the comfort band separately after all the

Love My Embr Wave 2

My husband got the Embr for me hoping it would help at night. Sleeping had become pretty hard to come by for me.
I take steroids and am now dealing with menopause hot flashes , believe me the combination is definitely not COOL :rofl:
However after about a week, week and a half I am now sleeping through the night.

I’m happy with my Wave

I’m happy with my Wave but I haven’t realized the full benefit. I have many night sweats but the All night cool option isn’t cool enough for me. So I use the hot flash relief, set to 5. I don’t like having to continue pushing my preset for every night sweat. I hope this makes sense.

Simply Doesn't Work

This doesn't work. It is that simple. The cooling feature cools your wrist but not really that effectively and the same for the warming feature with one exception. The heating feature put a mark on me from getting so hot. It didn't however heat me in any other way. I am kicking myself for throwing away the box because I assumed something that cost a few hundred should be at least minimally effective. So very disappointed.

I cannot take hormone replacement

I cannot take hormone replacement therapy. I suffer from sleep disruptions leading to insomnia from hot flashes. EMBR along with supplements has helped me fall back asleep more easily after a hot flash. I use the 8 hour continuous cooling when I go to bed. It does not take away the hot flashes, however, makes them more tolerable. I just wear it in the evening and a night when I have the hot flashes. It is kind of bulky to wear during the day. I recommend this product.

Returned because it was worthless. It would cool for a few minutes then get extremely hot. I won't pay that amount of money for something that's crap. However the rose gold color was very nice

It has really helped with most of my hot flashes. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods, I'm able to sleep with it with no issues.
The one downside is that when it's activated, the light indicator is bright, not a problem during the day, but at night it can be. I generally have to hide my hand so it doesn't disturb me or my other half.
Would I recommend the product? Yes.
